Detta arbete är en studie av konstpedagogikens funktion på svenska länsmuseer. Bakgrunden till frågeställningen är dels min egen erfarenhet och nyfikenhet kring konstpedagogikens verksamheter, samt vetskapen om att konstpedagogiken i Sverige är ett relativt outforskat område. Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka konstpedagogiken med fokus på dess vidare begrepp, och på så sätt därigenom spegla dess kulturella kontexter, och anställdas attityder på länsmuseerna.Undersökningens huvudsakliga material är insamlat genom intervjuer med anställda på länsmuseer, samt från platsobservationer. Intervjuer och platsobservationer har gjorts på Stockholms, Örebro, samt Jönköpings läns museum. Resultatet belyser konstpedagogikens funktion på länsmuseerna i förhållande till länet, utställningsrummen, publiken och anställda. Resultatet pekar på många likheter i konstpedagogikens funktioner på länsmuseerna, men också på många olikheter. Vad som förorsakar dessa likheter och olikheter har däremot inte kunnat fastställas i denna studie.

Detta arbete utgår från en kvalitativ textanalys av lärarhandledningar och andra texter från museilektioner.se. Mitt syfte är att försöka se vilka strategier som finns för att legitimera den institutionsförlagda kulturpedagogiken i skolan, vilka argument som återfinns för ett sådant arbete och därmed hur kulturen positionerar sig gentemot skolan. I de handledningar jag undersöker gör jag ett försök att se hur eleven är tänkt att agera, vilken roll denne tillskrivs och därmed hur kulturen förhåller sig till den enskilde eleven. Konst och kulturpedagogik står traditionellt inför ett dilemma där pedagogen väger en sträng förmedling av föremål och konst mot en öppen reception där mottagaren lämnas fri att se vad denne vill. Genom att undersöka vem som har makt över situationen och hur besökarnas erfarenhet hanteras kan jag närma mig en förståelse för hur ovanstående dilemma hanteras i handledningarna. Min analys visar att institutionens funktion som kulturbärare eller kulturskapare har inverkan på hur pedagogiken utformas och därmed hur receptionen blir behäftad med olika ramar..

A dilemma often met by entrepreneurs is whether or not to share information about their business ideas in order to increase the probability for success. The reason for sharing information is presumed to be an increased ability to develop the business idea, whereas the reason for maintaining secrecy would be to protect the idea from being stolen. Common as this dilemma is in practice, it is not very well covered in the entrepreneurial theories. The purpose of this thesis is to elaborate the theories in this subject by investigating an entrepreneurial case. The case shows that one possible solution to the dilemma is a situation-based information sharing.

This paper examines a long run macroeconomic dilemma. This dilemma states that given a real appreciation, i.e. a continuous increase in the real exchange rate, an economy has two options open with respect to inflation and nominal exchange rate. Either the economy chooses a fixed exchange rate- regime but has to allow for a rising inflation. Background   The patient's rights to self-determine their own health care is described in Swedish legislation and guidelines. However, due to infancy, unconsciousness, severe brain damage or certain diseases, some patients might be unable to make such decisions. Ethically difficult situations do occur, not infrequently associated with culture. Youth centres- A qualitative study of how midwives relate to the potential ethical dilemma between youths right to integrity and parents right to informationThe aim of this study was to investigate how midwives at youth centres relate to the potential ethical dilemma between parents? right to information that young people between 15-17 years share at the centre, vs. youths right to integrity. The study was based on qualitative interviews with six midwives in various youth centres in Stockholm County. The traditional lawn is believed to be facing a dilemma. On one hand, it is valuable for people because of its esthetical and functional values. On the other hand, the lawn is perceived as a monoculture without biological diversity that hinders the domestic landscape?s flora and fauna. This essay contains two stories that reflect the reality I face as an educator, as well as a reflective discussion about my self-perceived dilemma. This essay aims to examine how Swedish compulsory school teachers claims to handle dyslexia while educating and grading, and to what extent they are influenced by others while grading. This was examined through interviews with a phenomenographic approach and the participants were eight grade 9 teachers. The categories of description found in the analysis was then interpreted through researcher Claes Nilhoms dilemma perspective, focusing on the dilemma Equal Participation - Compensation. Regarding education, three main strategies occurred: actions directed towards all students, methods of compensation organized by the school and individualized methods of compensation. The former is closest to Equal Participation, the latter to Compensation and the school organized methods form a middle position somewhat closer to Compensation.

In this essay the morphing of the interstate relations in the post-World War II Western Europe is taken in to consideration in discussing how these relations were stabilized and consolidated through community cooperation to achieve a state of stable peace. It concludes that the early 1900's of Western Europe comes close to being conditioned by Herz's security dilemma and then continues to analyze the development from this state to one of stable peace. In this analysis pivotal features of the ECSC, EEC and the EC are being scrutinized through the use of Boulding's Stable Peace theory and developments of the very same, in separate case studies, in order to account for the Communities? influence on the peace process.In doing this, conclusions are drawn that external pressures can be very effective in creating an incentive to move beyond an initial state of conflicting self-images and that a stabilizing process has got to provide a long term solution in order to sustain a trustful relationship. Denna studie handlar om socialarbetares dilemman i arbetet med familjer där misstanke om sexuella övergrepp mot barn finns och problematik socialarbetare kan se inom dessa familjer. Metoden för studien är kvalitativ eftersom ämnet kräver djupare svar och semistrukturerade intervjuer genomförs med fem socialarbetare i två olika kommuner. Frågor som berörs är bland annat hur socialarbetaren kan uppleva en problematik inom familjer där familjemedlemmar väljer att ta förövarens parti framför barnets parti. Studien tar även upp socialarbetarens dilemma att förhålla sig till sin egen magkänsla och samtidigt ta hänsyn till de lagar och regler som ska styra arbetet. Författarna granskar forskning som tar upp olika behandlingsperspektiv men också ett barnperspektiv för att få mer bredd till det myndighetsperspektiv som socialarbetarna ger.
